Terms and Conditions for Pub Golf:

• Participation: By participating in Pub Golf, you acknowledge that you are of legal drinking age in the country or region where the event takes place, and you are responsible for your own actions and decisions while playing. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including guidelines for drinking responsibly.

• Subject to Product Availability and Bar Opening Times: Our services are subject to the availability of products. We recommend checking the availability of specific products of each bar before planning your visit. Deals have been agreed in conjuction with each participating member but some may not be exclusive to the map at their discretion.

• Refunds: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made at our bars or for services rendered. Once a purchase is made or a service is provided, it is considered final.

• Drinking Responsibly: It is important to drink responsibly and in moderation during Pub Golf. Excessive drinking or irresponsible behavior, such as binge drinking or driving under the influence, is strictly prohibited. Participants are encouraged to know their limits and to drink responsibly, taking into consideration their own health, safety, and well-being, as well as the safety of others. The deals are a suggestion and participants should be aware of their limits. 

• Opening Times: Establishments involved in Ultimate Pub Golf Map may vary in terms of opening times, depending on the specific pub or venue hosting the event. It is the responsibility of participants to be aware of the opening times and any changes or updates communicated by the venue. Participants should plan their attendance accordingly and be respectful of the venue's rules and regulations.

• Code of Conduct: All participants in Pub Golf are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes sportsmanship, respect for others, and compliance with local laws and regulations. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, violence, vandalism, or disrespect towards others, the venue, or the organizers, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification from participating incluyding participation in future evetns and/or legal action.

• Liability: Participants in Pub Golf acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the event and assume all risks and responsibilities associated with their participation, including but not limited to any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities that may occur during the event. The organizers and the venue hosting the event shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by participants during Pub Golf.

• Personal Property: Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during Pub Golf. The organizers and the venue hosting the event shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to participants' personal property.

• Changes and Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to make changes or cancellations to Pub Golf events, including but not limited to changes in the rules, format, venues, or dates, at their sole discretion. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated to participants through appropriate channels, and participants are advised to stay updated and informed.

• Intellectual Property: Any content, including but not limited to photos, videos, or other media, captured or created during Pub Golf may be used by the organizers for promotional or marketing purposes, without compensation to participants. Participants retain no rights or ownership over any intellectual property associated with Pub Golf.

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region where the Pub Golf event takes place.

• Acceptance of Terms: By participating in Pub Golf, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and any additional rules or guidelines communicated by the organizers or the venue hosting the event. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the event.
